Privacy

Short version: we collect the three things you type into the teardown form, we use them to record and send your teardown, and we never sell them.

What we collect

The teardown form asks for exactly three things:

• Your first name — so we know what to call you.
• Your email address — so we can send the video and reply to you.
• Your website URL — so we know which site to record.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for a phone number, a company size, or a budget range, and there is nothing hidden in the form beyond a spam trap that only automated bots fill in.

Why we collect it

To record your teardown, send it to you, and answer you if you write back. If you later hire us, we use the same details to run the project. We do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, who host this site, and then reach us by email. Your details are handled by us and by the services we use to host the site and send email. Nobody else.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your data.
• We never pass your details to advertisers or data brokers.
• This site runs no advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

Email hello@circuitandco.co and ask. We will delete your details and confirm once it is done. You do not have to give a reason.

Terms

The free teardown

The teardown is free and carries no obligation. We record a short video about the site you send us and email it over. The video is yours to keep and use, whether or not you ever hire us. We are not obliged to record a teardown for every request.

Design previews and quotes

We show you a homepage design before you pay anything. Prices shown on this site are starting points, not final quotes. The exact scope, price, and timeline for your project are agreed in writing before work begins.

What you own

When your project is paid in full, the finished site and the domain are yours outright. If you leave, they go with you. We do not hold a site or a domain hostage.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Anyone who does is guessing. What we guarantee is a proven approach: a site that loads fast, says the right thing, and is built properly.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the month in progress. Your site remains yours.

Liability

We do our work carefully, but we provide this website and its content as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

Changes

We may update this page as the business changes. The date at the top always shows the current version.
